This call is a great, no obligation opportunity to connect, discuss your situation and what you would like to get out of coaching. You’ll have the opportunity to also ask me any questions and we’ll determine which coaching package is right for you.Book the package that is right for you
Immediately after our discovery call, select the coaching program right for you - click ‘Book a call’- and you will be taken directly to a page to confirm payment for your coaching session(s). All session bookings are managed through a platform that allows you to make changes, get reminders and prepare each session’s agenda.Get ready to change your life!

Discovery Session
Congratulations on your decision to take charge of your professional goals through career coaching. During this no-cost discovery call, I will have the opportunity to learn more about your current needs or challenges and if I'm the right coach to support you in solving those challenges.
Discovery Sessions are conducted via phone or zoom.
Experience Coaching
Experience Coaching is great start for anyone new to coaching, or if you think your goal is within reach with a bit of help. It includes: a welcome questionnaire for us to make a fast start at taking a deep dive into your goal. We will begin the session taking a look at your intended goal, discuss your options, current reality and co-create a way forward.
(1) Career Coaching Session (60 min session)
Experience Coaching is conducted via phone or zoom.

Coaching Essentials
The Coaching Essentials package is a great start for anyone who has had a Discovery Call, taken advantage of an Experience Coaching session but needs additional support in achieving their career goal. Coaching essentials is the most cost effective way to take advantage of ongoing coaching. This package includes: a welcome questionnaire for us to make a fast start at taking a deep dive into your goal.
(3) Career Coaching Sessions (60 min per session)
Coaching Essentials is conducted via phone or zoom.

For Businesses (Executive Coaching & Small Group/Team Coaching)
For businesses, I offer executive (1-on-1) leadership coaching, small group and team coaching. Please schedule a consultation call so we can discuss your needs in greater detail.
